Spiritual Gifts

Paul’s letters include a list of 20 spiritual gifts, all of which are present throughout the body of Christ.  We are each given gifts, and use them—together—for building up the body of Christ.  Throughout the retreat, we will have opportunities to discover our spiritual gifts by using story, individual contemplation time and group discussion, as well as an inventory.  This was a transformational opportunity for those who participated in June and we look forward to discovering how God is calling us to use our gifts together as community at Bethlehem!  Please consider joining us for this retreat from 9:00 am-4:00 pm on Saturday, October 8.  Light morning refreshments and lunch will be provided.  Anyone is welcome to attend, including those who attended in June!  Please register by contacting Pastor Kirsten or filling out the short registration form.

Lyngblomsten: Powerful Tools for Caregivers

This is open to anyone in the community! You do not have to be a member of Bethlehem, or have someone living at Lyngblomsten. You simply have to be someone who is a caregiver!

For more than 60 years, Bethlehem Lutheran In-The-Midway has supported and been a member congregation of Lyngblomsten, a Christian nonprofit organization providing healthcare, housing, and community-based services for older adults since 1906.
